Policies

Contracts- You will be billed on the 1st of the month. If you need to leave the gym we will do everything in our power to make that process as easy and seamless as possible

Cancellations- If you are month to month and you cancel before the 25th of the month, you will not be charged for another months membership. Outside of special circumstances we do not offer refunds or reverse memberships. We will credit your membership for months going forward. All notice need to be given through email to info@blackgoatcrossfit.com

Member holds-If you are out of the area for 30 or more consecutive days, you can freeze your membership for 2 months minimum. We must be notified of changes by the 25th of the previous month. All notice need to be given through email to info@blackgoatcrossfit.com

Drop ins- Experienced CrossFitters from other affiliates can drop into any class. Drop in fee is $20 or the purchase of apparel. Those new to CrossFit are required to complete our Launch program before regularly attending class.

First timers: You are welcome to try us out any day but we highly recommend coming on a Thursday. We want you to bring your friends!

Class sign up- You do not need to sign up for class ahead of time. Just COME!

Open Gym- Our Open gym is listed on our schedule. We will have a coach available during that time and a WOD posted, you are also free to do your own workout. You can also come in before or after class to put in extra work. We just ask that you not be disruptive to any class or private session in progress. Please communicate with the coach.

Children- We love families at Black Goat! If you bring your kids to the gym while you take a class, we ask that you make sure they are in the kid room or a designated kid area. They are also welcome to observe from a stroller. You are responsible for watching after your kids.
