In this workshop we will teach you how to incorporate mobility exercises to help you combat tight hips, rounded shoulders, stiff back, and poor posture. 🙌🏻 This event is open to EVERYONE! We can all benefit from more mobility!
We suggest bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, a pen 🖊 and something hard to write on. We plan on diving in, and want you to take notes, so you can get the most out of this experience 🤓
Please be sure to wear gym clothing you can move comfortably in, this workshop will be interactive and hands on! 🧘♂️
